• The refund can processed within 14 days of purchase with original invoice. (Used product cannot be returned if there is no issue with the product)
• All original box and tags should be present with the box.

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Our delivery timings are within 24 /48 hours depending on the shipping method and from the time of order placement, except for orders placed on Thursday.
• Orders placed on Thursday will be delivered by Saturday morning, as our operations are closed on Fridays.
• We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
• Orders could be delayed due to technical failure or unnatural causes, in that case the delivery team will coordinate with the customer to solve the delay.
