TV Installation & Warranty Policy
All TVs will be professionally installed and tested by our technicians upon delivery using only the stand supplied with the television to ensure the TV is in full working order. Any faults identified during installation or testing will be dealt with accordingly.
If the customer chooses to install the TV themselves or declines our installation service, the TV is accepted as supplied. Any issues arising after delivery that are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty will be considered the customer's responsibility. No warranty or guarantee will be provided by us for any such issues, including but not limited to damage or faults resulting from self-installation, handling, wall mounting, or improper setup.
